Belgian wild ale Aged on Chardonnay Barrels
A one of a kind beer, weird and amazing. Sweet and funky with a bit of bitterness in the end, sweet white grape and sauterne notes like raisins, caramel and oak on the nose and the palate, It would remind you of a British fruit cake. A very high ABV but very balanced not making it boozy but elegant. A super aromatic and rare type of beer but definitely a winner.
