Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with Coffee.
"In November 2019 we welcomed Mikkeller to our brewery. Into a single tank we brewed, blended and fermented together both Beer Geek Brunch & our own Weight of Gold, racked off into freshly emptied Bourbon barrels where the beer has rested before being treated to a cold steep of natural process coffee. Pouring an inky black with a rich, tan head, there are complex flavours of roasted malt, coffee and sweet molasses, rounded out by the sweet tannins & vanilla from the French oak. "
