"The golden-skinned French Sémillon grape is regarded for its full-body, yet bright fresh-zested citrus and tropical fruit flavor. A primary grape in the dessert wine Sauternes, Sémillon was once one of the most planted grape varietals in the world.
Pouring an effervescent bright golden yellow, Oenobier: Sémillon presents aromas of fresh pear, lychee, and hand-zested lemon. As the beer opens up, a bouquet of floral notes wash over the palate. Deceptively easy-drinking for 10.8% ABV, Oenobier: Semillon finishes with a gentle acid profile and lively carbonation."
