Dark sour ale aged in Whiskey barrels.
"The Darkle in this bottle was created from a blend of barrels containing our dark sour base. The barrels in this batch previously held an old ale, and before that they held bourbon. The combination of Whiskey and dark sour gives notes of dark chocolate, coffee, dark fruit, and leather. Pair with country ham, medium-rare steak, dark chocolate or bread pudding."
