Info: Our freshly roasted Costa Rican cacao nibs have been infused with Phantom Spirits Beer Barrel-Aged El Salvador rum and vice versa! After ageing in the rum for 30 days we turned those cacao nibs into a deep 68% dark chocolate so sweet and soothing you almost wish for a longer winter this year... And the rum is insanely good as well. What a couple!
Tasting notes: Sweet tobacco, oak and roasted chestnuts.
