A new twist from Mosel from the 2017 vintage. Our Pet Nat is made from 100% Riesling grapes from Mikkeller vineyards. The nose is filled with notes of ripe apples, palate is well balanced and elegant with a funky edge. This sparkling wine is a bit different than the traditional styles you know. Grapes are picked late harvest, no additives and cloudy in color, see instructions for opening!
