Oak Aged Missouri Farmhouse Ale

A la Table is inspired by the classic Saisons of the past, meant to be shared "at the Table" with family and friends. Traditionally brewed to be low in alcohol and extremely refreshing, this inspired Saison was brewed with airy and fluffy malt bill and fermented with Missouri yeast and bacteria and our house Saison blend before being aged in Missouri oak for several months and then being naturally conditioned in the bottle!

Ale & Burger

Ales are easy-drinking approachable beers that are characterized by a malt-forward aroma with notes of fruit and caramel. A biscuity, bready flavor and only light hop aromas. They are easy drinking and perfectly suited for a casual setting. Your favorite cheese burger with fries is hence the way to go here. The bready sweetness of the freshly toasted brioche bun brings out all the malty biscuity aromas of the beer while not overpowering it and allowing the sessionable beer to counter the fattiness of the meat and cheese. An Ale is the perfect alternative to the standard american lager at your favorite pub.

Ales

Ale is a type of beer brewed using a warm fermentation method. As with most beers, ale typically has a bittering agent to balance the malt and act as a preservative. Ale was originally bittered with gruit, a mixture of herbs or spices boiled in the wort before fermentation. Later, hops replaced gruit as the bittering agent.
