Boskeun is the nickname of Jo, one of the two brothers who preferred to brew blond beer at home. It is a special Easter beer, one of the first real Belgian Easter beers. (Slaghmuylder's paasbier being first). It has been brewed with pale malt, Golding hops, cane sugar and refermented in the bottle. It's a seasonal beer, so we suggest not to keep it eternally. The name Boskeun means rabbit of the wood (virgin wood, maybe?) and the label shows it, sampling the last brew.

Belgian Ales & Ramen

Fruity esters, distinct parfumey note and hoppy notes match well with the salty and tangy flavor found in Shoyu ramen. Belgian Ales do not get lost in the dominant soy sauce flavor of the shoyu ramen, and the soft malt character and apple and orange esters make it the perfect marriage.

Belgian Ale

The belgian ales a moderate-strength golden ale that has a subtle fruity-spicy Belgian yeast complexity, slightly malty-sweet flavor, and dry finish. Often has an almost lager-like character, which gives it a cleaner profile in comparison to many other Belgian styles.
