Golden ale brewed with local wheat and pitched onto of a two year old beer aged in a used Chianti wine foudre for another 18 months with our house culture.
Bright straw color with stark white billowy head. Aroma is doughy bread, wet iron, unripe lemon and candy-like bergamot notes. On the palate up front acidity leads to orange blossom honey, apricots and a hint of toffee. Light bodied, crisp and lively with transient pith-bitterness.
