IPA & Tacos
Hoppy, bitter, clean and easy drinking. Notes of pine and citrus fruits make the IPA one of the most recognizable beer styles. The bitterness of the IPA helps cool off any spicy element in food, so it works incredibly well with your favorite Mexican food. Pairing an IPA with a spicy chicken taco with fresh jalapenos enhances both the beer and the food. Both the beer and tacos show fresh elements of lime and herbs and can be enjoyed the most in a sunny outside setting.

One of the most popular styles of beer, the IPA is a hop forward beer, that tends to be either of the west coast or New England variety. The former is the classic, lending a noticeable bitterness to the taste, whereas the second is brewed without bittering hops, making it even more hop forward.
