Sour Ale aged in both Oak barrels and Stainless steel
"Aged in both oak and stainless steel, much of this hand blended beer was more than a year old when bottled. Envoutée's base of Belgian Abbey malt was transformed by the brewing precess time, our house mixed culture containing Brettanomyces, and careful blending. Give this beer time in your glass to reveal flavors of ripe plums, petrichor, hints of Jerez Sherry (12% of the blend was aged in Jerez barrels)."
