"A habanero spirit distilled on Barley Koji, Belgian Saison yeast and Pilsner Malt. We use distilled habanero vinegar to rectify the ABV during the final blend.
Interestingly, capsaicin, the active component that causes burning, is too heavy to make it through distillation so even though we use about a kilo of habaneros per bottle you get the flavour of the pepper without the heat."
