Liberator APA je světlé svrchně kvašené pivo. Nižší hořkost doplňuje příjemné chmelové aroma odrůd Centennial a Mosaic použitých i pro chmelení za studena. Ze sladů jsme vybrali plzeňský, mnichovský a karamelový. Výsledkem je pitelné, téměř letní, lehké pivo. Chutná a voní po tropickém ovoci (ananas, mango) a po mandarinkách. Při tvorbě jeho receptury jsme se inspirovali názvem amerického bombardéru Consolidated B-24 Liberator, podle jehož označení jsme zvolili výslednou hodnotu IBU 24. Obsah alkoholu 4,5%. Liberator APA is a session ale hopped with Centennial and Mosaic hops. It tastes and has aroma of pineapple, mango and tangerine. We got inspired by the US Consolidated B-24 Liberator bomber and created this beer with 24 IBU’s.

Pale Ale & Nachos

Easy drinking, light-bodied, slight hoppiness. Pale ales are refreshing and a true modern American classic. It is the perfect entry beer for someone that generally enjoys lager beers and does not know how to approach the bitter and hoppy IPA. Its malt body makes it more accessible and a perfect match for the bready and nutty character of many western cheese varieties. Pair your pale ale with your favorite nachos with queso, the corn of the chips and the cheese sauce just match the qualities of the beer.

Pale Ale

The pale ale is generally seen as the younger sibling to the IPA.

Whereas the DIPA will have more of everything (hops, alcohol, bitterness) the pale ale features a more restrained use of its effects, making for a beer thattends to drink easier and be less assertive than IPAs and DIPAs.
