India Pale Ale hopped with Mosaic, Galaxy and Strata 

With a simple base of Extra Pale, oats & dextrin malts, plus a high mash temperature this IPA has a smooth, soft body which really amps up the Mosaic, Strata & Galaxy. Fermented with LAIII to boost the mouthfeel & hop character the beer bursts with aromas & flavours of soft peach, canteloupe & papaya layer up & develop over time. The finish is grapefruit rind & a soft bitterness with notes of lemon & lime peel.
