A soft and Piney & Resinous Pale Ale. Fermented with London Ale 3 giving an East Coast presentation with a West Coast hop bill.
Super Pale, Wheat Malt, Caramalt & Cara10 make up the grist giving a soft malt profile with a touch of sweetness. Whirl-pooled with Columbus & Simcoe then dry-hopped with Simcoe, Centennial & Columbus hops for bright grapefruit and pine needle aromatics.
