"This is our foudre-aged saison that's a little more tart or acidic than other saisons we make like Le Petit Prince, Noble King or Biere de Miel. Our feeling is that saison brewing in America is partially defined by beers that tend to be more acidic than their classic, European counterparts. We achieve more acidity with Saison Americaine through wood aging and slightly lower hopping rates."
