When the winter darkness descends inexorably over the whole country, and the Danes hide in thick clothes and pull down the mental roller blinds, it is perfectly legitimate to escape a little into dreams of better, warmer and brighter times and places. Our Winter IPA is a tribute to just such a place, which happily enjoys its pleasant 25 degrees all year round - only interrupted by a few terrific snow showers. We think so. Taste the name - Bangalore. India's variegated and spicy mystery almost flows up into the nostrils - just like the best Indian aroma hops we have used in this beer, grown precisely in the beautiful Bangalore catchment area.

We have specially designed this intensely delicate Winter IPA to go with ALL winter food - from apple slices and fried herring over yellow peas to the fattest goose or roast with brown gravy. We've even tested it on vegans and paleo people - and each and every one of them burst out in praise. So do you. We guarantee.

IPA & Tacos

Hoppy, bitter, clean and easy drinking. Notes of pine and citrus fruits make the IPA one of the most recognizable beer styles. The bitterness of the IPA helps cool off any spicy element in food, so it works incredibly well with your favorite Mexican food. Pairing an IPA with a spicy chicken taco with fresh jalapenos enhances both the beer and the food. Both the beer and tacos show fresh elements of lime and herbs and can be enjoyed the most in a sunny outside setting.
